WOW... a record breaking 247 covers magnificently executed by our top chefs Charlie & Darren yesterday.. certainly has made up for the days this week that have been affected by rain! Well done boys and thank you to all the lovely team that work so hard at the ranch from the team in the catering, to lovely Sally and Jo in Gifts , we won’t forget Jill in reception and to our wonderful keeper team that work so hard – well done everyone…..
