CATERING VACANCIES FOR THE 2013 SEASON

Our Catering Department has seasonal vacancies for Kitchen  & Counter Assistants for the 2013 season.  March 23rd to September/October (flexible according to weather and trade).
Kitchen Assistant: To assist in the kitchen area with food preparation working alongside the Head Chef.  Duties will include prep of light lunches,  sandwiches etc… and the  implementation of food hygiene standards and any other catering duties as required.  This position is for a mature person with previous experience in the catering trade.  Five days a week to include weekends and bank holidays.  Around 20 - 25+ hours (flexible) per week increasing during holiday and busy periods.
Counter Assistant: To assist with serving customers, use of tills, coffee & ice cream machines , cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards.  No cooking involved  but candidate must have excellent customer care skills and works well within a team environment.  Five days a week to include weekends and bank holidays. Around 20 - 25+ hours per week (flexible) increasing during holiday and busy periods.

CATERING ASSISTANT REQUIRED FOR 2012 SEASON AT SEAVIEW WILDLIFE

Our Catering Department has a vacancy for a Catering Assistant for the 2012 season from April 1st to the end of October.

To assist in the smooth running of the catering area, serving customers, use of tills, clearing tables and maintaining high levels of cleanliness.

Five days a week to include bank holidays and weekends. Around 25 hours per week (flexible) and hours to increase over busy bank and school holidays.

We are looking for a mature person with excellent customer care skills and a ‘can do’ attitude that will work well within a team environment.

SEASONAL CATERING ASSISTANTS REQUIRED!

We are looking to recruit two Seasonal Catering Assistants from April – September/October 2011.

3 – 5 hours per day (core hours 11.30am – 2.30pm) five days per week – shifts include weekends and bank holidays.  Must be flexible.

Previous experience and food hygiene certificate an advantage but not essential.  No cooking involved.  Duties include serving customers, clearing tables, operating the till and assisting with cleaning around the premises as required.
