LETTER OF THE WEEK

DSC_0566 (3)

Lovely Al is a regular visitor to the Park and each season his Mum treats him to a Keeper For A Day as a special treat.  Al is blind and is accompanied by his fantastic carer Tim ….. We received this lovely card from Al’s Mum…..

Dear Lorraine,  Thank You SO very much for Al’s wonderful hands on experience at his ‘ Keeper For The Day ‘ on 16th September.  As always you and your team provided a unique opportunity for him to meet the animals and birds which was truly the “ hands on” time which he needs so as to fully understand and appreciate everything at Seaview Wildlife Encounter.  Your staff are exemplary in their interaction with Al – please pass on my grateful thanks to the members of the team who worked with and met Al on his KFAD.
Yours  Lindy ( Al’s Mum)

Dear everyone at Seaview Wildlife Encounter
Thank you for my wonderful party on the 13th April!  One of my best parts was finding out about adopting Mr Fluffy the rabbit.  I was very excited about this.  I loved the penguins at the pool but my hands smelt very fishey afterwards, it was OK though!

Thank you for the lovely food, cake and party bags.  I would like to come again in the summer because on my party day it was raining but we still had lots of fun!

Thank you,  everyone was so nice to us …. from Reece Wetherick

LETTER OF THE WEEK

Dear Tara, Charlotte, Jake, Lindsay and everyone at Seaview.

I am writing to say thank you so much again for the fantastic day I had on Friday and also for the lovely blog entry which I have just found. It was so exciting to be able to be so close to the animals and it has given me so many brilliant memories which I have been thinking about constantly since Friday!

I was wondering if you have time, whether you could please email me the rest of the pictures you took during the day as I would love to be able to have all of them?

Thank you so much again, Best wishes,

Letter of the Week

Good evening to all at Seaview Wildlife!

First of all, we should like to thank you for sending the Certificate of Adoption of Dippy, made as part of our Christmas present for our daughter-in-law.

We should also like to say what a lovely day we both had at your Park when we visited in October. We had anticipated spending just a couple of hours with you - but were there at least double that and could have made it much longer!

We were really impressed by how happy all the animals seemed, by the knowledge of the staff and care they showed for their 'charges' and also how helpful and friendly they all were. All in all, we found our day to be true value for money, and a wonderful experience.

Many thanks to all concerned - and may we add our sincere congratulations on the recently announced and richly deserved Gold Award for Excellence for 2010, ' Best Tourism
Experience of the Year'.

Kind regards,

Jackie and Brian Lee

Another fantastic letter sent to Seaview Wildlife

20th September, 2010

Dear Sirs

I wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our visit to you on Friday 17th September whilst staying with my Parents on the Island.

Our son Oliver who is two, had an amazing time feeding the penguins and being able to touch a baby penguin. My particular favourite were the wallabies, it was amazing to be able to get so close and stroke them. The meerkats too were fascinating.

It was a joy to see the many different animals and birds and the superb condition they are all kept in. Even a thought had been given to the 'old timer' ducks, so that they could enjoy a more relaxing retirement.

Thanks again and we will certainly be back next year.

Yours faithfully,

Corrin Barabash

Another fab' letter sent to Seaview Wildlife

25th September, 2010

" My partner and I visited you on September 14th. Oh boy what a great place. We did not see one single animal that was not happy.

The enclosures were so well designed and spacious. I was able to feed the penguins and the macaws, it was wonderful.

Keep up the good work if we ever return to the IOW we will make sure we visit you again".

Another Fab' Letter of the Week!

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note to say how FABULOUS your Park is. We had a lovely day out earlier this month. Everything was brilliant, informative, animal interaction, relaxing, beautiful, the Keepers friendly, the cafe staff were cheery, and great ice-creams!

Bad thing: We had to leave at the end of the day!

Keep up the good work - it was a privilege to visit you.

Best Wishes and all the best for the future.

Martin & Zoe, Torfaen.

They just keep coming and coming.... another fantastic Letter of the Week

Dear Sir/Madam,

I felt I had to write to let you know that myself and my family spent the day at your Park yesterday (13th July, 2010) and we thoroughly enjoyed our day.

It was very clean, the staff were very helpful & pleasant and all the animals and birds etc... appeared happy and contented.

We particularly enjoyed the Tropical House and all the other water features and my Grandson loved meeting the bugs and reptiles and the Wallabies - it was lovely to see them in natural surroundings.

All the children loved feeding the animals - you could see the joy on their faces.

We thought the covered picnic area was very good - whatever the weather we could eat in comfort and watch the water displays and all the birds and ducks enjoying the water also.

We had a lovely relaxing day and thought the 'hands-on' events were very good for the adults as well as the children.

It is certainly the best Wildlife Park we have been to and hope you win more Awards this year.

With many thanks and good wishes for your future,

Yours sincerely,

A.P. Cogzell (Mrs.)
Sholing,
Southampton.
