Dippy (along with his unstoppable team of Humboldt Penguins at Seaview Wildlife) had much to celebrate in the pool today – he’s proud to announce that, as of today, he has 1000 friends on Facebook!
Dippy has been strutting his stuff even more than usual and looking pleased as punch – so thank you to all those friends of Dippy’s out there who have helped to make this such a special milestone! Dippy thinks aiming for 10 000 friends would be a reasonable target – after all, his pen-pal Paul the Octopus in the U.S. has become world famous and he doesn’t have half of Dippy’s style, personality and irresistible waddle, so there should be nothing stopping our favourite Penguin …. so come on, get the word out and let’s gather more friends for Dippy on Facebook – it’s only a fraction of the fame he deserves!
