Dippy goes to see Father Christmas at the Ice Rink in Ryde!

Ho! Ho! Ho! Who would believe their eyes ........ Dippy visited Father Christmas at the Ice Rink in Ryde this morning - and he really seemed to love the outing and all the attention! He travelled there by car, alert and looking out the window. On arrival Dippy waddled confidently through reception and seemed to know that the special occasion revolved around him - he took to the ice like like a seasoned professional, happily accepting strokes from young skaters and posing brazenly with Father Christmas and an adoring team of helpers (who were there to ensure Dippy was relaxed and comfortable!). Perhaps this marks the beginning of similar outings for this adventurous, courageous and lovable character that we all know as Dippy.......
